Strategic Analysis
This Coordination and Support Action (CSA) under the Digital Europe Programme aims to strengthen the network of National Competence Centres (NCCs) for High-Performance Computing (HPC) across Europe. The call focuses on enhancing coordination, knowledge sharing, and service facilitation among NCCs to maximize HPC expertise and ensure effective cooperation with other European initiatives. The project should address fragmentation, limited cross-border collaboration, and uneven access to HPC resources, ultimately fostering a cohesive European HPC ecosystem that supports digital transformation and competitiveness.
